Das Buch bietet exakte Lösungen in sehr strukturierter Form und ist absolut empfehlenswert für jeden wachsenden Kleinunternehmer, der das erste Mal an seine Grenzen stößt.Ein Superbuch!! Es bietet klassische Grundsätze, die trotz mangelnder Aktualität, unbedingt gelten und nachzuvollziehen sind. Ich habe sehr viel daraus gelernt. Die Aktualität und passende Eingliederung in unserer heutige Zeit bietet der Autor parallel über seine top moderne Plattform im Internet. Sehr lohnenswerte Arbeit von Michael E. Gerber. Fantastisch!!
Die EinFach-Titel erleichtern einem eigentlich immer die Unterrichtsplanung. Mit dem Begleitheft zu "About a Boy" erhält man ein prall geschnürtes Paket, welches vom Roman zum Film reicht. Teilweise sind fertige Arbeitsblätter als Kopiervorlage enthalten, teilweise Leitfragen für den Unterricht, für mich bleiben diese aber zuweilen etwas zu hölzern. Insgesamt bin ich recht zufrieden, obwohl ich oft das gebotene Material auf meine Anforderungen zuschneiden muss, aber komplett aus dem Heftchen zu unterrichten war auch gar nicht mein Anspruch. Für eine bessere Übersicht wäre es hilfreich, die fokussierten Kapitel deutlicher anzugeben, mit eigenen Markierungen kann man dem aber Abhilfe schaffen. Gut gelungen hingegen ist das Kapitel zum Film.

The subtitle says:" Why Most Small Businesses Don't Work and What to Do About it." And it does exactly that.
Wenn man ein frischer Gründer ist, ist dieses Buch eine wichtige Grundlage. Prozesse definieren alles! Als erfahrener Unternehmer bringt es vielleicht nicht so viel Neues mehr. Dennoch ist es sehr amüsant, die Beschreibungen der drei Persönlichkeiten (Manager, Entrepreneur & Technician) in jedem Selbstständigen zu lesen.

Sehr gutes Buch! Hat viele nützliche insights gerade im startup Bereich und zeigt die Tücken und challanges sehr gut auf.
